  1. I found this to be quite interesting. A lot of people could benefit from these tips. What are your thoughts on the paper bag trick. Not sure how it works, but I've seen people blow into paper bags when they hyperventilate uncontrollably?

  2. I haven't come across any real user reviews regarding paper bag trick, though I have read it at a number of sites. Maybe if someone who has already tried it out gives a feedback, it will be so much better.
